Industry Hills Golf Club - Zaharias Course
1 Industry Hills Parkway
City of Industry, CA
91744
Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms is perhaps best known for its long, gracious fairways. At the same time, the club features a history as long as its landscape. Industry Hills counts itself as one of the oldest and most prestigious public courses on the West Coast. Thirty-six holes of championship golf spanning 650 acres are found on the Dwight D. Eisenhower and Babe Didrikson Zaharias courses. Both are considered among the best layouts in Southern California.
Designer William F. Bell designed the Zaharias course to be intentionally narrow and long, maximizing the expansive acreage of the hilltop resort. At 650 acres, the sheer size of the layout remains a novelty among Southern California tracks. It ranges from 5,363 yards from the forward tees, to 6,821 yards from the championship tees. This par-71 features slope ratings ranging from 126 to 138, making this course worthy of the great athlete for which it is named.
