Palm Springs
Great place to play but be warned there is no food or drink services of any kind before 10AM.

The course was nice. It was challenging but fair. It would appear they are struggling for business. There was no cart service on the course and the snack bar did not open until 9am. Even then we had to wit because the server/cook had to go to the store for supplies. They need to improve their food/bevage service. At a minimum they need on course cart service.

If you hear the wind will be picking up in Palm Springs and you are set on getting a round in, this is the place to play. Fantastic links style course which can be manhandled in gentle conditions but is a great test when the wind picks up. Added bonus is there are no homes or condos built around the course to spoil the sensation of winding through the desert.

Great value for an above average course in Palm Springs

Honestly, they should have just closed it unless it is my understanding that they are preping for re-seeding and araiting the entire area. It was sad. I havent been there since March of 06' when I took some dear friends and it was in great shape and we had a great time then. It's so sad to see some the old course's go that way. Sorry

Played during the "off season" in early June. Temp was great. Played entire round in 4 hours. Did not wait on any holes. Greens were extremely fast, but did not hold very well. Some of the bunkers had standing water in them, but the course itself was pretty plush. Definitely recommend the course. Only complaint was the snack bar was closed for the summer season. Had a kit kat and a bag a skittles at the turn... lol.
