Map/Directions

Tahquitz Creek Resort is located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, and offers 36 holes of Championship golf for those looking for great Palm Springs golf deals. Originally the Palm Springs Municipal Golf Course, and designed by William Francis Bell, the course first opened as nine holes in 1957, with the second nine being completed in 1959. In 1996, a redesign was completed by Arnold Palmer Golf Management, which added some 40 bunkers to add character to the already challenging layout. The Legend Course now is a par 71 layout, which has a slope of 123, and plays 6,805 yards from the back tees. The greens on the Legend Course are raised above the natural terrain, designed for drainage from back to front. The result are undulating greens, which can be tricky and challenging for any level player.

For Palm Springs tee times, the Tahquitz Creek Resort - Legend Course discounts are an excellent opportunity to try this Resort for the first time, or for one of many return visits. Many amenities can be found at Tahquitz Creek Resort including the cafe for breakfast or lunch, the full service bar, the driving range, or the two practice putting greens. Varieties of lesson packages are also from their staff of PGA and LPGA instructors. The Legend Course has gotten many great reviews from past players, with them frequently saying things like how the golf course was both beautiful and challenging, and that the 19th hole was friendly and accommodating too.
