The Terra Lago Golf Club - South course is part of a 36 hole complex located in Indio, CA, which was the home of the PGA Tour skins game from 1999 - 2002. Golfing greats such as Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Fred Couples, and many more have all played here and now anyone looking for Indio tee times can play Terra Lago as well. Designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley, and opened in 1999, the South course plays to a total of 7,044 yards from the back tees, the slope is 140, and it is a Par 72. The 2nd hole is a 412 yard Par 4, which is has the Coachella Canal running along the right side of the fairway, crossing in front of the green. The bridge across the canal is made from an old boxcar, giving the hole its name, and adding to the uniqueness of this beautiful layout. Terra Lago Golf Club - South discounts can be found on rounds of golf here almost any time.

The large practice area includes a grass tee driving range, two practice putting greens, and a short game practice green with two bunkers. The clubhouse has a 2000 square foot, full service golf shop, a full service restaurant, and banquet/meeting room facilities. Past players who have taken advantage of their Indio golf deals and Terra Lago - South have commented on how the fairways were in great shape, and although the first 12 holes can be hard, the last 6 can provide a great finish.
