The Vineyard at Escondido was designed by top course architect David A. Rainville in 1993. The course is a regulation 18 holes, par 70, with a rating of a par 70.3 and a slope of 125. It measures 6,531 yards over Bermuda grass. This course was designed to provide a little of everything. The par 3s are well protected by water and sand. The fairways are sloping and slightly narrow. The greens are contoured, but not too fast. Overall, the course in well maintained. Additionally, the course has spectacular mountain views and lies next to a nice wildlife preserve.
The Vineyard at Escondido discounts assure a good value. You can secure your Escondido tee times by booking your reservations online or through the course starter. Course amenities include cart rental, club rental, practice greens, driving range, stocked pro shop and a restaurant/event facility.
Patrons rave about the course condition. The course demands shot making due to the sloping fairways. The greens play very fair and the view is absolutely outstanding.
