Refund and Exchange Policy Disclaimer

The tee times that are put up on our site are discounted and available at the last minute. If a tee time is booked, it automatically is removed from our system and is no longer available on our system to sell. Therefore, there is not enough time to resell cancelled tee times. It is important that our members understand that there are no refunds or exchanges, and ALL sales are final. If for any reason a refund is issued, the $4.95 per player processing fee may not be refunded. Rain Policy Disclaimer

You must contact the course on the day you are scheduled to play to see if they are open, if it is raining at their course and whether they require you to play. If they decide to cancel your tee time, you must contact us by phone at (800) 960-2488 or email us at feedback@click4teetimes.com as soon as possible. Please leave a voicemail message if a representative is unavailable. We will then verify the cancelled tee time with the course and credit your card. If the golf course is still open, but it is your choice to cancel, we will adhere to the golf course's rain policy and decision. The $4.95 processing fee per player is non-refundable. If the golf course is closed and you are unable to play, we will give you a full refund.

Tournament/Outing Refund Policy Disclaimer

The tournament/outings are scheduled in advance. We ask that all patrons who sign up for our monthly event be aware that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This cancellation must be requested no later than the required 48 hours prior to the date of the event. What does this site offer?

Click4teetimes.com offers tee times from public and resort golf courses at a significant discount. The majority of tee times are for same day and next day play. We also offer additional services, such as discounted golf lessons, golf and hotel packages, outings at private country clubs and several other features and benefits that deal with your local golf community.

How does booking a tee time work?

It’s really simple. You can click on the golf course(s) that you are interested in and if they have tee times available you can book them right there. You can also click on the tee times button and it will bring up a screen, where you can view all of our tee times that are available, or you can sort them by county. If you see a tee time that you like, simply click on the “book” button and continue through the steps to buy that tee time right here on line. If you do not see the course or time you like, you can make an offer of your own.

Why would I use your service to book tee times?

We have a great selection of courses that offer discounted tee times. Along with that, it is a simple process that makes booking tee times convenient. You can book online, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. And you save money! Our service allows you to play golf courses you might not normally play due to high greens fees.

Do I have to be a member of Click4TeeTimes to book a round?

No. We offer the ability to call us on our 800 number or book online without being a member. Membership is free and gives you updates on tee times that we have available through our website.

Why can't I login with my username or password?

Click4teetimes.com uses cookies to help ease the member's experience by making it easier to login and use the site once the user has become a member. The solution is simply to change the preferences in the user's browser to allow cookies, or set to allow the So. California.click4teetimes.com cookie. I tried to make an offer or purchase a tee time, but I am not sure it went through. How can I tell?

You can always verify all pending and recent transactions by clicking the 'My History' button on the left side after logging into your account. All completed transactions will appear here immediately. If your transaction does not appear here, it did not go through; please try again. You should receive email confirmations for offers and tee time purchases. If you have not received an email confirmation, please verify that your email address is listed correctly in your profile. If it is correct, then check your history. If you are experiencing difficulty, we are available for assistance Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Is there a Rain Check Policy?

When is it the best time to look for tee times?

Between 11:00am and 4:00pm is when we get most of the tee times from the participating courses. We send out an email daily to our customers detailing our discounts. You can change which days you receive our email by logging into the website with your username and password, and clicking on the days you would like to get our available next-day times in your mailbox.

How can I check the status of an offer I have placed?

If you have placed an offer and are unaware of the status, login to the website with your user name and password and click on the button to the left called "History". This area will show your offer's current status. Your offer will stay “active” for 60 minutes after you submit it. If it is not accepted by the golf course within that time period, your offer for that day will expire.

Can I make more than one offer per day?

No. To prevent the member courses from getting overloaded with offers we allow only one offer per day at this time.

Why can't I make an offer after 5:00 pm and before 8:00 am?

Our golf courses monitor their pending offers, and they generally do not work outside of these “normal business hours”.

What if I book a tee time and something comes up and I am unable to play?

Unfortunately you will still be responsible to pay the fee. Due to the fact that these are last-minute, highly discounted tee times, all sales are non-cancelable and non-refundable as long as the course is open.

I am concerned about giving my credit card information over the internet. Is it safe?

We use an insured 128-bit secure server. The numbers are heavily encrypted and are received and authorized by the credit card company. We do not receive your credit card information. We receive an authorization code when it is approved. If you are still concerned, call (800) 960-2488 between the hours of 5am-3pm PST Monday- Friday (8am-6pm EST), 6am-2pm Sat and Sun (9am-5pm EST), and we would be happy to make your reservation through our call center.

When will you have more courses available near my home?

We are negotiating on a daily basis to sign new courses. Our goal is to have one - two new courses per week. If you have a particular course in mind, please let us know.

Can I get a refund on my Golf Digest magazine subscription?

To forfeit your magazine subscription for a refund of the value as stated in the offer, please print and send your order receipt page as proof of purchase within 30 days of your order to Golf Digest Publications, Attn: Click4teetimes.com, PO Box 37722, Boone, IA 50037-0722. One refund per household.

We charge a processing fee, per player, for each booking as follows:

Any tee time priced under $24 will have a $1.95 per player processing fee added to the price of the round. Any tee time priced above $24 will have a $4.95 per player processing fee added to the price of the round.
