Some of our customers
have been reporting that they were unable to sign in
using the account username and password they have selected.
We have determined that the main cause of this is due
to the users' settings in their browser. To be able
to login to their account, they are going to need adjust
their settings/preferences to allow or accept cookies.
This usually adjusts their security settings to Medium.
In Internet Explorer:
- From the file menu at the top of the browser,
select TOOLS
- Then select INTERNET OPTIONS
- Select the tab on the top labeled PRIVACY
- Adjust the setting to MEDIUM (This setting
needs to be adjusted to allow all cookies on
some computers)
- Click OK
or
- From the file menu at the top of the browser, select
TOOLS
- Then select INTERNET OPTIONS
- Select the tab on the top labeled PRIVACY
- In the section labeled Websites, select EDIT
- Add www.click4teetimes.com as the address for the
site, and click ALLOW
In Netscape Navigator:
- From the file menu at the top of the browser, select
EDIT
- Then select PREFERENCES
- At the bottom of the list, select ADVANCED
- You will notice on the screen to the lower right,
the cookie settings. Make sure the ACCEPT ALL COOKIES
is selected.
- Click OK
